WHAT IS MILK & NURTURE?
Hi, I'm Caroline (she/her) and I am located in Falkirk, Forth Valley, Central Scotland.
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I offer services to help families with their infant feeding goals through emotional and practical support. My aim is simple; give my clients the time, wellness education, tools and resources that they need, and work with them to devise a plan together that’s personalised and effective. I understand how critical support is because navigating through this journey can feel so overwhelming, this is why I want give you the time to explore your individual journey, empower you in that journey and help nurture you and your bond with your baby. I promise to listen, to care and will always aim to be respectful and inclusive of your personal circumstances. I am also Qualified Baby Massage Instructor and a Certified Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner.

I offer you genuine support and a personalised approach to clear away the confusion and provide you and your family the long-term confidence in your feeding journey. We can connect in a variety of ways where we can work together to achieve your family’s goals and well-being. CONSULTATION IN MY HOME
Starts at 1.5hrs for £75 in my home (Falkirk)

CONSULTATION IN YOUR HOME

Starts at 1.5 hrs for £90 for the consultation

Will only visit homes within ~15 to 20 miles of Falkirk and no visits starting after 7pm.

This includes a £15 surcharge for traveling cost (unless your home is within 1 mile of my home then the surcharge is deducted).

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION

Zoom starts at 30mins for £20

Not suitable for newborn consultation or any complex concerns such as faltering growth.

A relaxed walk around the Helix and Kelpies (Falkirk) where you can 'ask me anything'.
