The Breastfeeding Network (BfN) offer free support and have local projects throughout Forth Valley, they have a Facebook page @forthvalleybreastfeeding and their linktree can be found here BfN Forth Valley | Linktree
There is also a Free Association of Breastfeeding Mothers (ABM) face to face group at Polmont Church Hall every Tuesday at 1pm (ran by a ABM BF Counsellor) FB group called Polmont area Breastfeeding group.

The National Breastfeeding Helpline 0300 100 0212, open from 9:30am-9:30pm everyday of the year. They have a callback service where you can leave a message and online webchat/social media support. Support is also available in Welsh, Polish, Bengali & Sylheti and for people who have hearing or speech impairments. @NBHelpline
