WHAT IS MILK & NURTURE?
Hi, I'm Caroline (she/her) and I am located in Falkirk, Forth Valley, Central Scotland.
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I offer services to help families with their infant feeding goals through emotional and practical support. My aim is simple; give my clients the care, time, information, resources and understanding they need, and to work with them to devise a plan together that’s personalised and effective. I understand how critical support is because navigating through this journey can feel so overwhelming, this is why I want give you the time to explore your individual journey, empower you in that journey and help nurture you and your bond with your baby. I promise to listen, to care and will always aim to be respectful and inclusive of your personal circumstances. I am also Qualified Baby Massage Instructor and a Certified Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner.

I offer you genuine support and a personalised approach to clear away the confusion and provide you and your family the long-term confidence in your feeding journey. We can connect in a variety of ways where we can work together to achieve your family’s goals and well-being. All of my consultations come with a full written report and a bonus 2-week post consultation messaging support.

POSTNATAL CONSULTATION IN MY HOME

If you have twins or triplets you can get a free or 'pay what you can afford' consultation from me via the charity Breastfeeding Twins and Triplets UK (see their FB group for details)

POSTNATAL CONSULTATION IN YOUR HOME

£100 for up to 2hrs for the consultation plus £15 surcharge for travel

Will visit homes within ~20 miles of Falkirk

Note: if your home is within 1 mile of my home then the surcharge is not applied.

VIRTUAL SUPPORT

Zoom sessions starts at 30mins for £25

NOT suitable for new born consultation or any complex concerns such as faltering growth.

Any further follow-up messaging support and consultations receive a 10% discount.
A 20% deposit by bank transfer secures a booking.
